Option 2 Price: US $2,495.00 This Option includes all services of Option 1 and is ideal for a company anywhere in the USA with an Owner/Seller who requires more guidance in determining a purchase price by allowing MKL to provide a Business Evaluation, advise the Owner/Seller on how to deal with Buyer’s on a continuing basis (up to 1 hour per month) and allow MKL to take the initiative to make sure all pieces are in place and ready for the final close of the transaction either with an attorney or through an escrow company.  Service period is 12 months.
